Students will be taking a hands-on approach as they study world history in modern times. This class explores U.S. and World history from Victoria's Empire to the end of the USSR. It focuses on significant events and movements; from the American Civil War through the end of the twentieth century--from Europe and the Middle East through India, China, the Arabian Peninsula, Australia, and both North and South America! This class is geared towards kindergarten and 1st graders or younger elementary students who are not yet reading.
